As a busy mother and entrepreneur, Mary understands that a healthy lifestyle often falls to the side.  The result is weight gain, feeling stuck and sluggish and unable to get back on track.  Diets come and go but learning how to properly set yourself up for success will ensure you achieve the lifestyle you deserve.

Personal and Group Training Sessions are available as schedule permits and must be booked in 3 month intervals.  Please feel free to reach out with questions.  Here’s what’s available:
